Our comfortable rooms of various categories, equipped with all amenities for both work and leisure. All rooms are equipped with our Comfort Bed, 42-inch LCD TV, free access to WI-FI internet, individual climate control. We want you to feel at home. Absolutely all of our rooms are equipped with:

- The prices are indicated in EUR mean equivalent of UAH. All payments shall be in UAH according to the current NBU (National Bank of Ukraine) exchange rate due on a payment date
- Tourist Tax fees: For citizens of Ukraine - 35.50 UAH per person/ per night, for foreign tourists - 106.50 UAH per person/ per night, not included in Room Rate
Early Arrival Policy
Arrivals prior to 3 PM cannot be guaranteed; however, they will be honored based upon availability. Any arrivals from 00:00 till 07:00AM will be charged 100% from room rate; arrivals from 7:00 AM will be charged 50% from room rate.
Late Check-out Policy
Based on availability, late check-out is possible for a fee. For check-outs before 6 PM, the fee will be equal to 50% of the nightly room rate. Check-outs after 6pm will be charged one night's room rate.

Tower Balcony Room

Tower Balcony rooms have all the advantages of tower rooms as well as a nice addition in the form of private balcony where you can relax with a cup of fresh coffee and enjoy the stunning views of the Dnieper River.
Tower Balcony rooms are located from 5th to the 15th floor, all rooms are non-smoking.
Terrace Room

Terrace Rooms are located on the 4th and 13th floors. You can choose a room with a river view or city view.
Comfort Suite

Presidential Suite

Located on the 15th floor of a total area of 135 m² room is divided into three zones: the living room and sitting area, dining area, bedroom, and finally a bathroom with a private sauna. Panoramic windows from two sides will open to you a fantastic view of the city of Zaporozhye and the Dnieper River.
